Lori Misitis – Co-Founder, Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach, Fitness Enthusiast- For the past seven years Lori has been guiding students in various forms of fitness. From high impact classes like Zumba and Piloxing to more grounded work in Barre Pilates Fusion and Mat classes, Lori has led students of all
fitness levels to have fun while getting fit. It seemed like a natural transition to add in Holistic Health Coaching, as one of Lori’s core beliefs is that food is medicine. Join Lori for private health coaching
sessions to learn how to nourish your mind, body and spirit. Or join in a health coaching group, where together clients find what best works for each individual. Lori will also be leading Challenge Groups covering various topics including “How to Break the Sugar Habit’ and ‘Juicing 101.”

Shawn Fertitta – Co-Founder, Reiki Master and Meditation guide. Shawn has been meditating over twenty years and the power of mindfulness has proven life-altering. Shawn’s mindfulness practice ebbed and flowed over the years and eventually Shawn suffered with deep depression until he hit rock bottom. His loving wife suggested he get back to meditation. The long, hard journey of self-discovery led Shawn to finally living an authentic life. With a daily practice, Shawn now lives with immense gratitude and happiness. Now, he hopes to share the power of mindfulness and make it accessible for everyone. Each and every person has the ability and the right to be happy and know they are enough!
