The hemp plants used in our production are grown and distributed in full compliance with the Departments of Agriculture in Colorado and are in full federal compliance with §7606 of the 2014 US Farm Bill, allowing our products to be sold in all states. All products contain phytocannabinoid rich hemp CBD, which is 100% grown, processed, packaged and tested in the USA.
