THE NEED OUR STORY
In 2003, owner Joey had a snowboarding accident that injured his cervical spine and separated his shoulder. The injury caused nerve damage which led to muscle atrophy and the entire right side of his body twisting and rotating inward. After years of using conventional medicine and not getting better, he decided to seek holistic healing.
THE JOURNEY
He travelled throughout Central and South America and partook in plant base medicine retreats including completing three Ayahuasca ceremonies with native shamans in Cusco, Peru. Shortly after returning to the states, Joey was introduced to CBD. At first, he was hesitant about trying CBD because he tried cannabis in the past and thought it was all the same. But after further research and discovering that CBD is non-psychoactive, he decided to give it a try.
THE DISCOVERY
Within minutes of ingesting it, he felt a subtle sense of calmness and clarity. Unlike conventional medicines, with CBD he felt very comfortable and in control. He was so impressed with CBD, that he became obsessed with learning everything he could about cannabis. What he discovered motivated him to join the hemp movement so that he could help others discover the benefits of CBD too.
THE WHY
Joey depends on high quality CBD. After trying many different CBD products, he learned quickly that not all of them are created the same. Understanding how critical it is to have high quality CBD, Joey felt motivated to open a CBD company so that he could make sure that others have access to the same quality CBD products that he uses. From choosing which farmer to buy hemp from to verifying lab reports, Joey’s involved in every step to make sure that both you and him consistently receive high quality CBD at an affordable cost.
